Stecher Painting, LLC was founded out of a pure passion for people. Our goals, our ambitions, our inspirations, all come together to form a truly amazing company that all of us are proud to be a part of. 

Donovan MJ Stecher is a 4th generation painter. His grandfather Bob "Robert" Stecher (Korean War Veteran Boxer from Queens) started Stecher Painting in the late 60's painting for Paramount studios after he was working in Los Angeles police department. Donovan is the owner of Stecher Painting LLC. Donovan started learning the faux finishing/painting trade since he was 15 working under his father Sean Stecher where he continues his entrepreneur skills in business management. 

Sean Stecher, a master finisher started in the painting business in the 70's working with his Grandfather Bob Stecher. He vastly went into the faux finishing and high end finishes taking the trade further with the family. Sean studied in Las Vegas under Barths Faux Finishing studio and has taken many classes. Sean is a master stain matcher providing the most luxurious cabinet finishes on the market today. 

Michael Stecher is a supervisor for the company. Michael studies Art and has brought more art expertise to the company.

Ricky Stecher is a supervisor for the company. Ricky has been in the management field in other industries as well as the painting company.
